Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Local Delivery (South Africa) Local parcels are sent via Bob Go. Delivery is between 1 and 3 working days after dispatch.

International Orders International orders (including deliveries to the United Kingdom, United States, and other countries outside South Africa) are shipped on a quotation basis. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you after your order is placed. We will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.

If you accept the shipping quote, your order will be processed and dispatched promptly. If you decline the shipping quote, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Packaging All Chakor Handmade items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. As handmade artisanal pieces, extra care is taken with each parcel.
